N'Dri Edmond Junior Dadié

I am Edmond. I work where ships, trucks and paperwork meet, and I build the digital tools that make that work simpler. Everything I learn, build and share carries one signature: #MrDNEJ.
My story
A merchant navy officer by training, I studied at ARSTM, the Regional Academy of Marine Sciences and Technologies in Abidjan. There I earned my Bachelor's degree (Licence Professionnelle) in Maritime Transport and Logistics, then followed the Master's programme, Port and Maritime Management option. At the end of that Master's programme, in 2025, I graduated top of the 36th class and received the MOWCA Excellence Award.
My first steps in the field were in transit and customs, with the Young Graduate Programme at Vivo Energy Côte d'Ivoire. Today I run operations in a transport company: teams, equipment, tracking, and the digital tools that keep everything moving.
Logistics is a promise: the right thing, in the right place, at the right time. I try to keep that promise in everything I do.
On the ground, and in the code
The port area taught me that a good process saves hours, money and stress. Digital tools showed me that a well-designed tool can put that process in the hands of hundreds of people.
That is why I design platforms such as LNA Connect, ARSTM Campus and Best Support, and why I'm on the road to becoming a solutions architect.
What drives me
No merit of my own, only the manifestation of God's grace. The Lord Jesus Christ makes everything possible through the Holy Spirit who lives in us. I am still learning, and the road is still long… 🙏✨🙌

Leadership
Logistics Network Alliance brings together young logistics and supply chain talents across Africa. My roles:
- Director, Digital & Innovation (LNA Global)I lead the Digital & Innovation division of LNA Global: we design and run the network’s digital tools, starting with LNA Connect, its platform for members, chapters, events and courses.
- Deputy Director, Country Chapters & Network Development (LNA Global)Alongside the network’s ambassadors, I support the opening of new country chapters and help future Country Leads take up their role.
- Country Lead (LNA Côte d’Ivoire, pilot chapter)I lead the pilot chapter: an executive bureau and ten operational teams, the model other countries now follow.
