Empathic Machine Intelligence for Life

An AI that prepares,
you who decide.

EMILI is my personal AI agent. No interface yet: today she works behind the scenes, like a coordinator who hands each mission to a specialised sub-agent, then gives me what matters every morning.

The idea

I did not want an assistant that waits for orders. I wanted a presence that notices, anticipates and suggests: like Friday suggesting Tony Stark call Pepper, without being asked. While keeping the decision human.

The enhanced versionEMILI

Designed from Best Support: the same care for people and commitments, plus proactivity, voice and long memory.

Today: one coordinator and nine sub-agents

Every morning, EMILI delegates in parallel, gathers the reports, then publishes a dashboard and sends me a summary. Tap a sub-agent to see its role.

EMILI

The coordinator: she delegates, cross-checks the reports, puts what is urgent first and gives me what matters.

  • Calendar & Watch

Every morning: the day’s calendar and a four-part watch (logistics, Côte d’Ivoire, world, scholarships and training), with sources.

  • Email triage

Sorts the inbox into High, Medium and Low and prepares reply drafts. The only one allowed to touch email, and never to send.

  • Memory

Tracks recurring priorities and their deadlines. This is the proactive layer: it flags what deserves action today.

  • Project tracker

Reviews every ongoing project: what moves, what is blocked, and the next concrete action.

  • Career & learning

Spots opportunities and courses that fit the path, and keeps track of deadlines.

  • Network & LNA

Follows my roles at LNA and suggests useful follow-ups, only when something concrete justifies it.

  • Mentoring

Watches over conversations with the students I mentor: pending questions, upcoming sessions, opportunities to pass on.

  • LinkedIn content

Every Monday: three post ideas grounded in the news, written in my voice.

  • Best Support daily

A daily report on the Best Support app (testers, feedback, usage) and three article ideas for this site.

A day with EMILI

  1. The main run

The coordinator launches the sub-agents in parallel: calendar, watch, email, memory, projects, network, mentoring.

  2. The morning summary

An updated dashboard and a short email: what is urgent first, then the rest.

  3. Midday check

What moved since the morning, what is still planned.

  4. Evening check

A few lines to close the working day.

  5. Wrap-up

What was done today and the next logical step for tomorrow.

The rules of the game

  • Nothing leaves without me

EMILI prepares drafts. She never sends a message in my place.

  • Every suggestion has a reason

An alert always says why it appears: a deadline, a silence, a change.

  • My data stays mine

Sub-agents read what they need, on my own accounts, and nothing else.

  • Empathy first

The goal is not to do more, but to free time for what matters: people.

Tomorrow: the interface

Interface concepts for what comes next: a desktop cockpit, an app, voice. The data shown is fictional.

The roadmap

1Agent mode

Today: coordinator, sub-agents, dashboard and daily summary.

2The interface

A cockpit and an app to approve, correct and follow up in one tap.

3Voice

Talk to EMILI: ask, dictate, approve, like with Jarvis.

4Long memory

Remember priorities, habits and the people who matter, to anticipate.

5Best Support, enhanced

EMILI joins Best Support: the app becomes an empathic, proactive assistant.

The debate

Should an AI assistant be allowed to send messages on your behalf?

For

It would save precious time on routine replies, and most everyday messages do not need us.

Against

A message commits the person who sends it: tone, context and the relationship always deserve a human look.

Where do you stand?

I learn by building: each of EMILI’s skills (APIs, language models, memory, voice) is a step I acquire myself.
