The LNA network,
brought together on one platform.
The official LNA website and LNA Connect, its members area: online membership, a member card verified by QR code, teams, calendar, messaging, certified training and dashboards for leaders. A project run in partnership with LNA Global, which I design and administer.

The need
A pan-African network of young logistics talents, with country chapters and teams, growing faster than its tools.
- Scattered memberships
Forms, spreadsheets and WhatsApp lists: each chapter had its own method, nobody had the same list.
- No proof of membership
No shared member ID, no verifiable card: hard to prove you belong.
- Invisible activity
Meetings, attendance, training: nothing was measured, so nothing could be recognised.
A member’s journey
From application to certificate, on the same account.
- Join
The applicant picks a chapter and fills in the online form: a member ID is assigned automatically.
- Get approved
The membership team and IT check the request. Access opens to that chapter’s space, and no other.
- Get the card
A two-sided member card and membership certificate, verified by QR code, as PDF or image.
- Take part
Teams, meetings, calendar, messaging and activities: every attendance earns points and badges.
- Learn
LNA Academy: lessons, exams and graded certificates, shareable on LinkedIn.
A four-level organisation
International coordination office, with a view on every chapter.
A Country Lead and a board per country, each with its public page.
10 teams per chapter, run like departments, with goals and tasks.

What the platform does
- A multi-country site
One page per chapter with its status: open, under construction or to launch, and new countries over time.
- Verifiable cards and certificates
Four card designs (leader, mentor, active member, member) and PDF certificates, verified by QR code.
- Teams and steering
Monthly goals, tasks, meetings, votes, nominations and leaders’ monthly reports.
- Built-in messaging
Member conversations, official announcements and email copies of important messages.
- Event check-in
Card scan at entry and exit, attendance, certificates and a survey after each activity.
- Dashboards and export
Indicators per chapter and team, an engagement index, full Excel export.
- LNA Academy
Courses, exercises, online exams and graded certificates.
- Installable app
Installs on the home screen, on Android, iPhone and computer.
- Controlled access
Every access is approved by IT; a suspension takes effect at once. IT support built into the whole site.
The roadmap
Public site, access requests and the members area of the pilot chapter, Côte d’Ivoire.

Gradual opening to other countries, each with its page and members area.
