Container haulage · Abidjan
The right information,
at the right time, to the right person.
A transport management system built for the field: drivers and clerks log each step in one tap, operations follow every container and truck, the fleet manager blocks non-compliant vehicles, and management sees it all live.
XXXCompany, people, clients, plates, containers and amounts are masked.
The need
In container haulage, every late day on an empty box costs money, and information used to arrive by phone, after the fact.
- Empties that cost
Past the free time, every day an empty container is held is charged. You still need to know where it is.
- Expiring documents
Inspections, insurance, transport permits: a non-compliant truck could leave on a job unnoticed.
- Management in the dark
Excel files, calls and messages: the real picture was known at the end of the day, or the month.
The life of a container
Each step is logged where it happens, with time, position and photo.
- Terminal exit
The clerk gathers the delivery order, BADT and release note, then confirms the exit.
- Delivery
The driver reports arrival at the client and photographs the signed delivery note.
- Empty picked up
The empty pick-up is dated: the free-time counter starts.
- Return
The empty is returned to the depot and the EIR photographed: the cycle closes.
- Invoicing
The complete file goes to invoicing, with nothing missing.
Six roles, one source of information
A simple mobile app that works offline.
Planning, truck assignment, container tracking by zone.
Availability, breakdowns, deadlines and fuel.
File closing, live cockpit, reports.
A look inside
Platform mockups. All sensitive data is masked.

What the platform does
- A live cockpit
Containers in progress, empties waiting, jobs, expired documents and today’s decisions.
- Container tracking
At the terminal, out for delivery, at the client, in the yard, returned: by zone, with free time running.
- Fleet and deadlines
Each vehicle’s status recalculated daily; a vehicle with an expired document cannot be assigned.
- A field app
One tap per step: time, position and photo sent to operations, even offline.
- Actual and estimate kept apart
Jobs show actual and estimated figures, never mixed.
- Automatic reports
Daily report at 6 pm on WhatsApp, then weekly and monthly by email.
The roadmap
The screens for every role, validated with field teams.
Gradual roll-out, role by role, from the existing tracking files.
Invoicing, automatic reports and performance indicators.
